The room was VERY clean, comfortable and the new owner is incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. They offer charging for boat owners and the location has easy access to the highway making it convenient to come and go. Highly recommend staying here because the prices are at an affordable price in Ripon.
I recently have divorced from a domestic violence situation that destroyed every aspect of my life so happily rebuilding. I hid for safety for several years and even when my low credit qualified I had no rental history anyone would take because I had nothing under my name for safety, I was ready to live alone and found this motel across from work. The owner Percy understood my situation and provided me a safe and quiet place I could feel at home. The room is the bigger one and has two beds and is bigger than some studios. There are many long term residents and also rooms for nightly guests. It’s located on the Main Street going to green lake and the other way connects to 23 towards Fondy. There is grocery, Walgreens, several fast food and fast service restaurants, delivery for pizza and a family restaurant. Banking as well walking distance and is close to downtown. I’d recommend for Anyone looking for a fresh start with a genuine motel owner who cares for people and keeps high standards. Excellent for if you have pets.

Owner very hospitable, room clean and everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great price for what you are getting. Plenty of chairs, tables etc if you have a lot of motorcycle gear.

Nice motel. Went last year and came back this year while visiting the area. The owner is nice, the rooms are clean and decent sized. Like that the prices of rooms are reasonable as well. Simple motel, but it's a nice place to spend the night.

I really want to give it 3 stars because of things that were broken but decided on 4 stars because it is a budget basic hotel. The good news is was clean and the bed was comfortable which to me are the most important things. The bad news is there were some issues. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work at all (and yes I tried to reset the GFCI). The bathroom had 3 of the 4 light bulbs out and the shower did not drain well at all. I was in it for 2 minutes and it was up to my ankles. The price was super cheap though and the man who runs it was friendly. If you are on a budget and don't mind a few things that need improvement, I'd recommend the stay.
Just want to say that there staff here are great and really helped us out during a bad time when we had no place to go. Them rooms are very well kept and if u are looking for a clean safe place to stay this is a wonderful place to stay. For the price you will not find a better place.
